With the exception of embroidered merchandise, any unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within ten (10) days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt and all original tags attached. All merchandise may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value. Embroidered merchandise may only be exchanged for a different size;

Defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of delivery and merchandise will be replaced at manufacturer’s expense. All returns must have prior authorization from Tri Made and all merchandise is returned at Purchaser’s expense.
Tri-Made will process and fulfill all orders through fulfillment centers operated by Tri-Made or designated third parties. Orders will be delivered to the Cobb EMC’s warehouse located at 1000 EMC Parkway, Marietta, GA 30061 within (14) business days from Tri Made’s receipt of a completed order provided the manufacturer is able to fill Tri-Made’s order for the related merchandise. In the event requested merchandise is on backorder, Tri-Made will notify the Purchaser by email of the length of the anticipated delay and Purchaser may choose to wait for the backordered merchandise or replace the backordered merchandise with different merchandise. Embroidered merchandise will take longer as logo's need to be added to all shirts.
Tri-Made will handle and respond to all user service inquiries through the Tri-Made customer service department within twenty-four (24) hours or by end of the next business day following Tri-Made’s receipt of the inquiry. In addition, the Tri-Made customer service department shall issue a reply e-mail message by end of business day for all orders received before 2:00 pm.
